These terms are an agreement between you and IPNTV for using ipntv2.com and taking part in Mr & Miss Iran. Please read them together with the Official rules and the Privacy policy.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true, complete information.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that are fake, duplicated or used to break these terms.
2. Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos and other content.
- You confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they do not break anyone else's rights.
- You give IPNTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, analyze and show your content to run the competition. If you become a finalist and agree to a public profile, this licence includes showing your approved content publicly and in promotion, as described in the Media release.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: use bots, scripts or fake accounts; try to manipulate votes, scores or the review; upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or violent; harass anyone; try to access accounts or data you are not allowed to see; probe, scan or attack the website; or copy contestant photos and data. We may block IP addresses and networks that do these things.
4. Payments
Any fee is shown as an invoice before it is due. Payments are processed by third-party payment companies under their own terms. Refunds follow Fees and refunds. Fees are not refunded if you withdraw after registering.
5. Our service
We work hard to keep the website available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or pause features, including during maintenance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IPNTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you relating to the competition is limited to the amount you paid us in the season concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your participation
You can withdraw at any time from your account. We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms, the Official rules or the Code of conduct.
8. Disputes and governing law
If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly. For the US season these terms are governed by the laws of the state where IPNTV is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in Europe, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, email you. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.
