1. Organizer
The competition is organized by IPNTV ("we", "us"). These rules apply to every applicant and contestant. By creating an application you agree to these rules, the Terms of participation, the Code of conduct and the Privacy policy.
2. Who can apply
- You must be at least 18 years old and within the age range of your category on the season's reference date. The ranges are shown on the registration form.
- You must live in the region of the season (the United States for the US season, Europe for the European season) and be able to attend the final night in person.
- You must have Iranian heritage or a genuine connection to the Iranian community, and be able to communicate in English or Persian.
- You may submit one application per season. Duplicate accounts are removed.
- Employees of IPNTV, judges and their immediate family members cannot compete.
- Past winners of a main title cannot compete for the same title again.
3. Categories and marital status
- Miss (women) and Mister (men): you have never been married.
- Mrs. (women) and Mr. (men): you are married, divorced or widowed. That is no problem and you can take part.
Your status must be true on the day you apply and remain true until the end of the season. Tell us right away if your status changes; we will move you to the right category where possible.
4. How to apply
- Create an account with a valid email address and confirm it. Phone confirmation may also be required.
- Complete every required field truthfully.
- Upload the three required photos and take the live selfie inside the website.
- Verify your identity if asked (government photo ID or our online identity check).
- Submit before the registration deadline shown on the website.
You can save your application and return later. After you submit, you can only change it if our team asks you to.
5. Photos and authenticity
- Photos must be recent (taken within the last 6 months), original and unedited: no filters, beauty modes, skin smoothing, reshaping, makeup apps, face swaps or images created or changed by artificial intelligence.
- Normal professional makeup and styling are allowed. Changing the photo afterwards is not.
- You must be the only person in the photo and you must own the rights to it, or have the photographer's permission to submit it.
- No nudity, swimwear, underwear or sexually suggestive poses. No logos, watermarks, text or other people.

6. Verification
To keep the competition fair and safe we may check your age, identity, marital status and photos at any stage, including after the final night. Checks can include automated analysis of photo files (file data, signs of editing, AI-image detection), comparison of your photos with your live selfie, review of an identity document, and requests for more photos or a short video call. If you do not complete a check within the time we give you, your application may be closed.
7. Review and selection
- Our team reviews each application. Automated tools help us, but a person makes every decision.
- Possible results: approved, changes requested, or not accepted. If changes are requested you will see exactly what to fix in your account.
- Approved applicants may be invited to the next stage (finalists). The number of finalists in each category is decided by us for each season.
- We do not have to give reasons for decisions, but we try to explain where we can.
8. Judging
Finalists are scored by an independent panel of judges using published criteria (for example presence and confidence, communication, cultural knowledge, community involvement and personal story). Each judge scores alone. Scores are combined using the weights shown for the season. Judges who know a contestant personally must step aside for that contestant.
9. Public voting
When public voting is open, the public can vote for contestants as described in the Voting rules. Public votes may count toward the final result or a separate audience award, as announced for the season. When public voting is closed, results are decided by the judges only.
10. Fees
The early stages are free. If you qualify and reach the final stages, you must pay the contestant fee invoice ($100). It appears in your account before it is due.
Fees are not refunded if you withdraw after registering. Every applicant confirms this by registering and accepting these rules. See Fees and refunds.
11. Finalist duties
- Attend rehearsals, interviews, photo sessions and the final night on the dates we announce, at your own travel cost unless we say otherwise.
- Follow the Code of conduct online and offline.
- Allow us to use your approved photos, name, category, city and video from the event to promote the competition, as described in the Media release.
12. Titles and prizes
Titles, prizes and sponsor gifts for each season are announced on the website. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated. Winners are responsible for any taxes. A title holder who breaks these rules may lose the title, and the title may pass to the next-ranked contestant.
13. Disqualification
We may disqualify an applicant or contestant, at any stage and without refund of any fee, if they:
- give false information or use photos that are edited, AI-generated or not their own;
- do not meet the eligibility rules;
- try to influence judges, staff or voting (for example fake accounts, bought votes or bots);
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or break the Code of conduct;
- act in a way that seriously harms the reputation of the competition, its sponsors or other contestants.
14. General conditions
- We may change dates, venues, categories or these rules if needed. Important changes will be announced on the website and by email.
- We may cancel or pause a season for reasons outside our control. In that case paid fees are handled as described in Fees and refunds.
- Our decisions on eligibility, verification and results are final.
- If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still applies.
