Some US states (such as Illinois, Texas and Washington) and European law give special protection to biometric information. This notice explains how IPNTV uses face comparison in the application process.
What we do
With your written consent (the checkbox on the application form), we compare the faces in your three photos and your live selfie to confirm that they show the same real person. The comparison may be done by an AI service provider acting for us, or by our trained staff.
What we do not do
- We do not build a face template database or use your face to identify you anywhere else.
- We do not sell, lease, trade or profit from biometric information.
- We do not share it except with service providers who perform the comparison for us under contract, or when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Any biometric result is used only for your application. It is deleted when its purpose is complete, and at the latest at the end of the season or within one year of your last interaction with us, whichever comes first, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choice
You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@ipntv2.com. If you do, we will verify you another way where possible (for example a short video call with our team).
