Ticket terms & refund policy

These terms apply to every ticket issued by IPN TV: tickets bought on this website, gift and prize tickets, and tickets bought elsewhere that are shown in your account. By buying or accepting a ticket you agree to them. The event page may add rules of its own (age limit, dress code, venue rules) — those are part of these terms.

1. Prices and fees

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless the event page says otherwise.
  • A service fee is shown before you pay. It covers payment processing and the ticketing system and is not refundable, except where the law requires it.

2. Refunds

Tickets are for leisure events on a fixed date, so the 14-day "change of mind" withdrawal right does not apply. The event page shows which policy applies:

  • Standard: refund of the ticket price up to 30 days before the event, minus a 10% handling charge. After that: no refund, but you may transfer the ticket.
  • Flexible: refund of the ticket price up to 7 days before the event.
  • Final sale: no refunds; transfers are allowed.

Cancelled event: the full ticket price is refunded automatically to the original payment method within 14 days. Postponed or moved event: your ticket stays valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement. A change of performer, host or program is not a reason for a refund.

3. Transfers instead of refunds

If you cannot go, you can transfer a ticket to another person from your account up to 48 hours before the event (unless the event page says tickets are personal). The old QR code stops working immediately. Selling tickets above face value is not allowed; tickets from unofficial sellers may be cancelled without a refund.

4. Payment disputes

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — most problems are solved within a day. If a chargeback is opened, the tickets of that order are cancelled while it is reviewed, and we share the order record (time, IP address, acceptance of these terms, check-in log) with the payment provider.

5. Paying with crypto

  • The amount is fixed in USD when the invoice is created; the invoice is valid for the time shown.
  • Tickets are issued when the payment is confirmed on the network. Underpaid invoices do not issue tickets; the amount is returned on request, minus network fees.
  • Where a refund applies, it is paid in a USD stablecoin (USDT or USDC) at the original USD value to a wallet address you give us, minus network fees.

6. Entry

  • Every ticket has its own QR code. A screenshot is fine. The first scan is admitted — do not share your QR code.
  • Bring a photo ID. If the event requires names on tickets, the name must match.
  • Respect the age limit, dress code and the venue's rules. The organizer and venue may refuse entry or remove anyone who endangers or disturbs others, without a refund.
  • Events of IPN TV are often filmed. By attending you agree that you may appear in recordings and broadcasts.

7. Gift and prize tickets

Gift and raffle tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Raffles are free to enter (no purchase necessary), open to members aged 18 or over, and winners are chosen at random. A prize ticket that is not claimed before the event expires.

8. Tickets bought elsewhere

When you buy through another ticket seller, that seller's refund policy applies. We only show such a ticket in your account after a strict check (email address, name, and phone number or date of birth must all match the seller's record), or after you confirm it with a code sent to the email used for that purchase.

9. Unforeseen events and liability

We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, illness, government orders, venue closure); in those cases section 2 applies. We are not liable for lost or stolen belongings or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
